Following World War II David Pace followed in his family's footsteps and started his own food business. In 1947 he decided the taste of Mexico was the way to go and passionately followed his idea finally coming up with a mix of jalapenos, onions and tomatoes which he called Piquante Sauce.

Since then they have gone on to develop a variety of quality sauces to satisfy the taste buds of their consumers and this Pace Hot Chunky Salsa is no exception.
