We have made a few changes to our website to ensure we are providing the very best possible service for our customers in the UK and beyond! American Sweets now stocks over 2000 different products from the United States! Whether you're looking for sweets, snacks or groceries, our huge range of American food and drink products could rival some of America's most popular convenience stores! If you would like to request a particular product, please get in touch with us and we will do our best to find it for you.

Lower prices
We pride ourselves in not only offering the largest range of American products in the United Kingdom and Europe, but also at the very lowest prices. You may have noticed our prices have been slashed by up to 20% across hundreds of products! This is part of our commitment to always offer our customers the very best prices, so you can enjoy a taste of America at a fair price.

World class customer service
Our customer service team will always get back to you within 1 working day (which is every day but weekends and holidays). We usually respond to customers in less than 1 hour during office hours. We will always strive to do our very best for every customer. Customer loyalty is important to us at American Sweets and we want to do everything we can to make sure your experience shopping with us is a positive one. Delivery changes
We have changed our delivery options to offer our customers much better value on orders of all sizes! We now offer free NEXT DAY SHIPPING on all orders over £50! Not spending quite that much? No worries! We also offer Royal Mail 48 hour tracked delivery on all orders up to 1.5kg for just £3.49. Want to upgrade it to next day? We offer next day shipping on all orders for just £6.78.

Other changes
Unfortunately American Sweets no longer operates any retail shops. Our warehouse operation has been relocated to the south coast where we ship all our online orders. You may have noticed that some products are no longer available from American Sweets. Unfortunately as we are a separate company to the original American Sweets we do not purchase our products from the same suppliers. However, if there are any products you would really like to buy from us please get in touch and we will do our very best to find them for you.
