Usage CARIBBEAN CITRUS SEAFOOD MARINADE Prep Time: 5 minutes Marinate: 15 minutes YOU WILL NEED: 1 package McCormick® Caribbean Citrus Seafood Marinade Mix 1/4 cup oil 1/4 cup water 2 tablespoons vinegar 2 pounds seafood such as large shrimp, peeled and deveined, tilapia, cod or salmon DIRECTIONS: 1. MIX Marinade Mix oil, water and vinegar in small bowl. Reserve 2 tablespoons marinade for basting. Place seafood in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add remaining marinade; turn to coat well. 2. MARINATE in refrigerator 15 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove seafood from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade in bag. 3. GRILL or broil shrimp 2 to 3 minutes per side. Cook fish 8 to 12 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Brush with reserved marinade halfway through cooking time. Discard any remaining marinade. Makes 2/3 cup marinade.
